There is nothing that makes us smile more than a happy bride, and sweet Elizabeth had us grinning from ear to ear! The bride’s overall vision matched her personality to a tee (we love this)! With a design request for a wildflower, eclectic look, we focused on incorporating her color palette of pale peach, yellow and mint into varying textured flowers such as billy balls, succulents and fragrant Juliet cabbage roses. The look was as effortlessly lovely and enchanting as the couple themselves. With a nod to the vintage, varying sized bud vases adorned the family style farm tables and vintage lace table runners. With a hint of playfulness, “LOVE” was spelled out in floating gold letter balloons as one of the many sweet accent details. What was our favorite bit of this Wilmington wedding? Um…hello?! Just look below at that flower girl holding Elizabeth’s bouquet! Now there’s a girl who understands you can never have too much tulle when it comes to twirling on a dance floor. Enjoy!
DESIGNER’S TIP: Never shy away from incorporating your color story into your texture. Elizabeth’s accent color, mint, is a perfect example of when a textured plant, such as a succulent, can be the perfect design element for color and texture.VENDOR ACCOLADES: Eric Boneske Photography, Planner: Shindig Events
